24/7 Roadside Assistance
The toll-free roadside assistance number is available 24 hours a day, year-round, and is always ready to provide roadside assistance on local roads and highways throughout Italy and abroad.
All DR customers have access to the DR Assistance service, managed in partnership with ACI Global Italia.
Our partnership with ACI Global Italia was designed to ensure that our customers can travel with complete safety and peace of mind thanks to a range of services and protections.
Upon registration of the vehicle, ACI Global Italia automatically sends each vehicle owner an ACI Card, which is valid for one year and is issued for as many years as the vehicle’s recognized warranty period.

Vehicle immobilization
If your vehicle is experiencing a problem or breaks down, you can contact the dedicated toll-free number (800 000 116). Please provide your ACI membership number (found on your laminated ACI card), your first and last name, a phone number where you can be reached, the location of the breakdown, and the make and model of your vehicle—we’ll be ready to help you!
Need for towing
Our Operations Center is always ready to come to your aid, and if you need a tow, we’ll transport your vehicle to the nearest DR repair shop within 50 km of where you’re stranded or, if you’re on the highway, within 50 km of the first exit.
Breakdown and technical assistance service
Our technical assistance service includes dispatching a mobile roadside assistance unit in the event that your car breaks down or won’t start due to minor malfunctions. We’ll do everything we can to provide service right where you are so you can get back on the road right away.
National and international roadside assistance
To take advantage of our free services, please contact our operations center at (800 000 116). Please provide your personal information and the details needed to reach you in case of a breakdown. If you are abroad or in one of the covered countries, call +39 02 66165116.
